In this “Relational Laboratory,” we’ll slow down, reflect, and connect with ourselves and others. Together, we’ll honor the experiences of the past year, integrating the lessons they’ve taught us.
We’ll approach resolutions by connecting with the version of yourself that can achieve any goal through meditation, movement, and group dynamics. By aligning with this authentic, capable self, you’ll break free from the mindset of ‘I’m not there yet’ and realize how close you truly are.
Through experiments rooted in Gestalt and inspired by Buddhist philosophy, you’ll discover that transformation doesn’t come from forcing change but from deeply connecting with your current state.
