In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to become disconnected from ourselves. We hold tension in our shoulders, we hold our breath when we meet someone new, and we ignore the quiet messages of our bodies. We spend so much time analyzing and overthinking that we forget to simply feel.
Your body is a living field of awareness. It knows your boundaries, your truths, and your unspoken emotions long before your mind does.
The journey of this workshop is simple: Sensation ➡️ Awareness ➡️ Truth. Not through overthinking or performing, but through sheer presence. We will step out of autopilot to listen to our bodies, giving priority to their wisdom over the noise of the mind.

David, founder of Starks Insights, is traveling from the USA to co-facilitate this workshop.

On-the-spot translation will be provided when necessary.
The event flow:
1. Gestalt Dynamics (2 hours)
Guided Gestalt dynamics, movement, and relational exercises. A safe space to drop the mask, listen to your body and connect with yourself and others authentically. (No previous experience required, just curiosity).
We will close by enjoying a relaxed snack together.
