Connections & Brunch is a 3h workshop with an included final Brunch, designed to create an space where you can connect meaningfully with others and with yourself while enjoying the moment.
We’ll start with Gestalt-based dynamics and games, helping you be fully present, connect authentically with others, and create the perfect atmosphere for genuine bonding.
Following the dynamics, we’ll enjoy a Brunch, a relaxed opportunity to continue engaging and building relationships in a warm, open environment.
Gestalt is a powerful approach that encourages personal responsibility and self-awareness. By being present and mindful of our current state, we deepen our understanding of ourselves and others, allowing for authentic connections.
