Each 3-hour session includes experiential exercises that promote grounding, presence, emotional awareness, and trust\u2014key tools for navigating high-stress professions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workshop 1: Self Awareness and Embodyment<\/strong> &#8211; in this workshop we will explore the following points:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grounding in the Body &amp; Present Moment<\/li>\n<li>Reconnecting with breath and body<\/li>\n<li>Normalizing emotional overwhelm<\/li>\n<li>Exploring core Gestalt principles: awareness, contact, and embodiment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La Gestalt<\/strong>\u00a0tiene un enfoque que fomenta la responsabilidad personal y la autoconciencia.
